A lot of people are overwhelmed by how to manage their gardens when just starting out, and deciding what to do is a daunting task and gardens can take a long time to grow.

A lot of people would like immediate results in their garden and also a sense of maturation that young, small plants can't provide for them, therefore to give this we've got a gorgeous collection from mature plants landscape plants, topiary as well as screening plant species from Italy which we've hand picked.

In recent years , more and more people are seeking out plants to make hedges to replace fencing that has been consistently damaged by winter storms.

Fence panels are costly to replace every year but a well-established hedge can withstand storm damage without issues and will last for a long time. They also provide great habitats for birds to nest which in turn will decrease the number of garden pests that could harm your plants.

We've carefully chosen the hedges we offer in accordance with their ease of maintenance and the speed of growth, aesthetics and disease resistance. The plants we've picked are large enough to make an attractive hedge right away that will spread out and mature rapidly the passing of a few years however, they are not so large that they'll struggle to establish and will require much care.

Making a hedge using small young plants is definitely more affordable, however it will take between 5 and 10 years for the hedge to be established. With mature plants, you can make an immediate hedge, but is expensive and requires lots to water, food, and maintenance in order to establish.

When you plant semi-maturely, you will get the best of both worlds: they are economical, less expensive to grow, and require less maintenance and will develop and mature quite quickly.

The variety available includes three kinds of Photinia three varieties: Carre Rouge that is a hybrid with the classic Red Robin and Compacta which is a smaller and larger, and more bushier varieties.

Photinia Carre Rouge has the best characteristics from both of its parents. Similar to Red Robin, it is fast growing and has beautiful red foliage in spring. And like Compacta it has smaller leaves and is more dense and bushier making it a stronger growing dense and robust bush.

Carre Rouge also has its particular characteristics that distinguish it from its predecessors and makes it a high quality plant on its own. Contrary to Red Robin that only receives its red growth in Spring, Carre Rouge gets a flash of red growth each year, and after every pruning the edges of the plant always remain red.
